At the top of the screen is a box titled Search
In this box enter the full or partial first name, last name, email address or membership number that you are searching for. It will look like this:
Press ENTER OR click on the button with the magnifying glass next to the box
A list will appear with the result. It will look like this:
Click on the name that you are searching for.
The result of this search will be for active user accounts. If you want to search Inactive accounts, check the box next to +Inactive before clicking the magnifying glass.
A new popup window will appear with the member information. It will look like this:
Select View Details on the top left of the pop-up. This will take you to member’s details page.
