Create New Invoice

On the left-hand side of the screen in the navigation bar, select INVOICES under ACCOUNTS. This will take you here:

On the left hand side of the screen, select +Invoice in the top yellow bar. This will take you here:

Search for the members name in the search bar, then click on the name of the desired member. Your pop up will now look like this:

Select the type of invoice. Your pop up will then look like this:

Select charges/credits or store items and products. Your pop-up will now look like this:

Select the items that you would like to add to the invoice. Then, select +Add to Invoice at the top right of the screen. Your pop-up will now look like this:

Then, select the green button that says +Create Invoice.

ALTERNATIVELY, you can create the invoice within the Members’ account.

In the search bar at the top of the page, type in the Member’s name. It will look like this:

Select the name of the desired member. A pop-up will appear that looks like this:

Select +Invoice. You will follow the same steps to create a new invoice as provided above.

These are sample names.
