Substitute Settings

Go to Settings and Configurations at the top right of your screen. This will take you here:

Within the horizontal navigation bar, select Users. Then, Substitute Settings. This will take you here:

Within the Configurations box, fill out the following information:

  • Default Dues Category For Substitutes
  • Default Role For The New Substitute Accounts

Within the Settings box, select/deselect the following settings:

  • Substitutes Of Substitute Requests By Leadership
  • Contact Information For Substitute Requests
  • Substitute Request Notification

Within the Substitute Registration box, fill out the following information:

  • Email Subject
  • Email Message

Once finished with each of the settings and boxes, select the green button titled Update as the pop up appears.
