It may take up to a minute or more to load<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are the details of the columns shown and what they mean:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name &#8211; User First and Last Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dues Type &#8211; Dues Type assigned to the User<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Charge &#8211; The Dues Type name, and amount to be assigned to the Dues invoice for the User <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dues Created &#8211;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No Invoice To Create &#8211; The system will not create a Dues invoices.  Reasons include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No Dues Type Assigned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dues Type is for $0.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>+ CREATE DUES button &#8211; No Dues invoice has been create for the user for this Carnival Year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date (mm\/dd\/yyyy) &#8211; Created date for the User&#8217;s Dues invoice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agreement Date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">To Process ALL Membership Dues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select the yellow button titled +CREATE ALL DUES at the top of the active members box. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">This process will individually create all remaining active membership dues. It will not create a duplicate dues invoice for Users that already have a Membership Dues invoice for the active Carnival Year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-danger\">This process can take several minutes to several hours, depending on the number of Users that will need to have dues created. The page MUST remain open while processing the Membership Dues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">To Process a Specific User Membership Dues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select the yellow button titled +CREATE DUES to the right of the User&#8217;s information.
