At the top of the screen is a box titled Search.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this box enter the full or partial first name, last name, email address or membership number that you are searching for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Press Enter on your keyboard OR click the button with the magnifying glass to the right of the box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A list will appear with the results. Click on the name you are searching for. It will look like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new pop-up window will appear with the member information. It will look like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the top left corner of the pop-up, select the green button titled View. This will take you here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the horizontal navigation bar, select Accounting. A drop down will appear. Select History. This will take you here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To view the previous years’ invoice, select the desired invoice. A pop up will appear that looks like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you wish to edit the invoice, select the green button titled Edit in the top right hand corner of the pop up. This will take you here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is here that you are able to change:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • The amount of the invoice <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The date of the invoice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The type of invoice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The member the invoice is assigned to<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Apply a payment to the invoice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Delete the invoice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
