  2. Search for member<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click VIEW button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. On Top nav bar click \u2018Card & eCheck Processor\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. If this is the first time that you have gone to this page for the member, it will create a new customer account at GrowSimple to link the accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. On this page there should be a CustomerID (this is the ID In GrowSimple)

    VERSION  1 \u2013 Setup through GrowSimple<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. \u00a0Login to GrowSimple<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click Customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Search for the Customer Name or Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click RECURRING<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Complete Form
      1. Credit Card Information<\/li><\/ol>\n

        1. Amount<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Click Repeat this Transaction<\/em>
          1. Payment Title: Charge Name<\/li><\/ol>
            1. First Run: Date of first charge<\/li><\/ol>
              1. Frequency:\u00a0 Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annually\/Yearly<\/li><\/ol>\n

                1. Ongoing:
                  1. On \u2013 No set end to transactions<\/li><\/ol>\n
                      \n
                    1. Off \u2013 Set the # of times to process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      VERSION 2 \u2013 Setup through KrewesCtrl<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Go to the Card & eCheck Processo Screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      2. In the Payment Methods section, click +ADD<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      3. Enter Credit Card Information, Address, and click ADD NEW PAYMENT TYPE
                        (to verify that this is updated, you can check the customer account in GrowSimple under \u2018Wallet\u2019)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      4. Click the RECURRING tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      5. Complete form\n

                        • Payment Method: If there is only 1 payment method, it will default to the only payment type.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Amount: The amount to be charged each time<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Start Date:\u00a0 Presently begins day after the existing day<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • How Often:\u00a0 Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annually\/Yearly<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • How Many Times:\u00a0 Including this initial charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Click ADD NEW RECURRING TRANSACTION<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                          Either method, an administrator will need to review and reconcile charges.  They will not be automatically assigned to the users account in KrewesCtrl.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
