Click on the Settings icon (the gear) located to the right of the search bar. This will take you to this page:
Within the horizontal navigation bar select Parade. Then, select Chassis. This will take you to this page:
In the bottom right-hand corner, click the + Add button.
Two boxes will appear. Click the box on the right to type in the name of the new level.
Click the box on the left to type in the corresponding description.
When done, click the Update button located in the bottom right-hand corner.
