From the left hand side navigation bar under ACCOUNTS, select Product. This will take you here:
Within the List Of All Active Products box, select the green button titled +Add. This will take you here:
Fill out the necessary information. Then, select the green button at the bottom of the page titled Add Product. This will take you here:
You will now be in the product settings.
