Click on the Settings icon (the gear) located to the right side of the search bar. This will take you here:
In the Users box, select Configurations. This will take you here:
If wanting to exclude a user type from reports, click the button located to the right of the user type’s description and under Exclude from Reports. This will change the button from ON to OFF.
If wanting to make a user type inactive, click the button located to the right of Exclude from Reports and under Active. This will change the button from ON to OFF.
When done, click the Update button in the bottom right-hand corner.
