KrewesControl allows user accounts to be created that may have changing names and contact information every Carnival Year.
This allows temporary access to the system for one Carnival Year. In addition it tracks the history of a specific membership account.
Example: An individual may maintain 3 memberships every year, but last year they have 2 friends ride in the Parade. This year they invite 2 coworkers.
