Go to Configurations and Settings (gear in the upper right). This will take you here:
In the horizontal navigation bar select USERS then, select REGISTRATION SETTINGS. This will take you here:
To the left of Activation of Registration Module, select the checkmark. A pop up will appear that looks like this:
Select the green button titled Confirm Change.
