Details
- Name – Product Name
- Code – Product SKU or internal code
- Price – Price of the product
- Cost – Internal documentation for product cost
Note: At the moment there are no existing report for net revenue projections. - Item or Package
- Item: Single item
- Package: Collection of single items into one Packaged product
- Date Start – Date to make the product available in the stores for customers
- Description – Displayed product description for members
- Date End – Date to make the product no longer available in the store for customers
Settings
- Active – Product is active in the system
- Member Visible – Product is visible to customers in assigned store(s)
- Group Limited – Product limited to a specific Group.
When selected the Group Selection section will become available - Apply Sales Tax – If the configurations for Sales Tax Applied per Product Setting is active, this setting will activate or inactive Sales Tax being added for this product.
Stores
Select which Store(s) to attach the product to
Product Delivery Types
Select Float Loading and/or Pickup Type
If both items are selected, the customer will be prompted to select their preferred Delivery type.
Images
Add one or more images for the product. The first image will appear in the store as the main image.
Sub Items
Sub Items configurations are ONLY available for Products set as a Package
- Add Sub Item
- Search for an item that is part of the Package Select Qty for the Qty of the sub item that is part of the package
- Select ADD SUB ITEMS
- Delete all – Remove all sub items from the Package
- Delete (Red Trashcan Button) – Delete a single item from the Package
Group(s) Access
- Assign specific groups to make this product available form.
Only active when Group Limited under settings is set to Active
Inventory
- Initial Inventory – Initial inventory amount of the product during the active Carnival Year that all inventory status calculations derive from. Set the initial qty of the product. This number may be adjusted during the year to account for additional product or loss.
- Ordered – Qty of the product ordered by customers during the active Carnival Year
- Ordered In Packages – Qty of the product ordered linked to Package products by customers during the active Carnival Year.
- Total – Calculated qty or product ordered during the active Carnival Year
Ordered In Package and Total fields are visible is”Package Products (include sub-item inventory)” is active in the configurations. - Remaining – Calculated qty of product remaining during the active Carnival Year
