Go to Settings and Configurations at the top right of your screen. This will take you here:

Within the horizontal navigation bar, select Users. Then, Substitute Settings. This will take you here:

Within the Configurations box, fill out the following information:
- Default Dues Category For Substitutes
- Default Role For The New Substitute Accounts
Within the Settings box, select/deselect the following settings:
- Substitutes Of Substitute Requests By Leadership
- Contact Information For Substitute Requests
- Substitute Request Notification
Within the Substitute Registration box, fill out the following information:
- Email Subject
- Email Message
Once finished with each of the settings and boxes, select the green button titled Update as the pop up appears.
