Administrators can set the system to only allow access for Administrators. Access can be turned on or off at any time by following these steps:
- Click on the Gear Icon at the top of the screen for the Configurations and Settings
- On the top section navigation, go to System > System Settings
- Toggle Maintenance Mode
- Off: All users can access the system
- On: Administrators -only can access the system. A notification will appear at the top of the screen stating ONLY ADMINISTRATORS HAVE ACCESS TO THE SYSTEM AT THIS TIME.
This is NOT the same setting as Test (Demo) Mode. All functionality, including email and credit card processing, is still live.
