User Types

User Types are the type of account a user is assigned, and related permissions.

  • Administrator (Non-Member)
    Full administrative user account that is excluded from groups, members and float reports
  • Administrator (Member)
    Full administrative user account that is included in groups, members and float reports
  • Member
    User account access to the store, events and own account access.
  • Substitute
    Limited user account with specified access settings that is inactivated at the end of the year.
  • Court Member
    Limited user account with specified access settings that is inactivated at the end of the year.
  • Vendor
    Limited account with access to some specific process accesses (Event processing, etc).
