Why are products not visible in the store?

There are several reasons that your products may not be visible in the store, or not able to be added toe the cart for checkout. Possible reasons include:

  • Product not assigned to the active store
  • Product Start Date has not been reached
  • Product End Date has passed
  • No Delivery options assigned to the product (pickup or float load)
  • Product ‘Hide Individually’ is on
  • Product ‘Member Visible’ is off
  • No active inventory is set for the product
  • Product is sold out
  • Store delivery date has passed
  • Product is assigned to a specific Group
